I’m buying from outside Australia, can you still ship to me?
Yes! Australia wide and international shipping is offered on all orders at checkout!
I changed my mind about my print, am I able to return it?
Unfortunately returns or exchanges are not offered on a change of mind basis, so please carefully review your order/cart prior to checking out. For any issues with your order, please contact info@emilymarroccoart.com as soon as possible.
How can I purchase your original artwork?
If you are interested in purchasing an original artwork, please feel free to reach out to me via email or my social media. Shipping prices vary depending on location and will need to be quoted upon discussion of the purchase.
What currency are prices listed in and do you accept other currencies?
All prices are listed in AUD with taxes added additionally at checkout, however any currency can be accepted at the current exchange rate.
When will my order be shipped after making a purchase?
All orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase. This is to allow your fine art print to be produced, safely packaged, and shipped. A tracking number will be provided to you after your order is shipped so you are able to track the status of your order.
